Welcome to my website...

I am a highly experienced teacher of the Alexander Technique based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

(Wilmslow is near Prestbury, Poynton, Knutsford, Bramhall, Cheadle, Macclesfield, Altrincham and Manchester).

I offer individual lessons on five days each week, including evenings and Saturdays.

I offer a free consultation to help you decide if lessons in the Alexander Technique could be the help that you are looking for, and if I am the right teacher for you.

I also lead introductory classes, classes for more advanced students and the Manchester professional training course for teachers. I have an attractive studio, with ample free parking.

If you have further questions about the Alexander Technique or about lessons, or if you wish to discuss whether the AT could be helpful to you, I welcome contact by email or telephone.
